THE PROBLEM:

Too frequently, gender inequality is only viewed as a problem to be spoken about and acted on by the oppressed, but the pathway to equality to gender equality needs to be consistently pursued by everyone.

OUR SOLUTION:

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2021, Incorp[HER]ated tapped creatives and professionals in our network for our #ChooseToChallenge campaign. Inline with the global theme for IWD 2021, we wrote and edited a video showcasing the diverse faces choosing to actively challenge gender bias, stereotypes, and prejudice in their work and everyday lives.

THE IMPACT:

Our #ChooseToChallenge video is a reminder of the role we all need to play in building a more equitable future, showcasing the diversity of faces and voices supporting gender equality that became one of the most viewed and shared pieces of content on our Instagram page.
